As AdTech Lead Jonathan helps to build the retail media business of online grocery store flaschenpost. A big part of the necessary experiences for this position were gained during his seven years at the media-agency side. During this time he build the programmatic team for OMD in Hamburg and was also responsible for some national projects, e.g. realizing some of the first programmatic audio cases within Europe. After five years in Hamburg he changed internally for two years to PHD Barcelona to lead and structure another programmatic team, but this time on an international level. Back in Germany he moved to the Oetker-Group (a former client from the years in Hamburg). The mission here was to build up a cross-brand AdTech stack on a global level to empower the digital transformation of the Oetker-Group. During those 2,5 years there were also projects with flaschenpost and the idea for his current role was born.
