As Head of Recruitment & Employer Branding at Reuter, one of the largest e-commerce retailers for bathrooms and lighting, Sigrid Westerman is responsible for all topics related to the candidate journey & experience as well as the development of employer branding and asks herself what recruiting can learn from e-commerce. After 15 years of corporate work in different areas on corporate level, she spent the last 2 years at the hydrogen start-up WEW, where she was responsible for all activities around internal & external communications as well as press and public relations as Senior Communications Manager. Her expertise lies in the areas of marketing & HR communications, employee engagement & employer branding as well as stakeholder management.
