Matthias Cada - Managing Partner People based Marketing - (Annalect, Omnicom Media Group Germany) - is responsible for Programatic and Data-Driven Advertising across all locations. A particular focus is on the development of effective data strategies, the algorithmic optimization of media buying and performance monitoring. Before joining Annalect, the Berlin-born business administration graduate was COO at Exactag GmbH, a software company specializing in marketing attribution and marketing mix modelling. The proven digital expert gained further in-depth experience in data-based marketing and MarTech at Neustar, Google and FELD M, among others.
