Since 2013, Andreas Durth is digitizing a ur-analogue company: the tutoring group Studienkreis. In the management responsible for marketing, IT and digitization, Andreas has driven the transformation from millions of small ads to performance marketing. As a graduate electrical engineer and McKinsey & Company Consultant, Andreas never believed that he would be responsible for marketing one day - but during his time at Project-A, he has impressively experienced that marketing and KPIs can work together beautifully.
