Danny Wilming is Customer Activation & Marketing Manager at H&M and responsible for the seamless interaction of E-Com, PR & Communications, Experience Operations and Media in Germany and the Netherlands. His goal is to generate tangible added value for customers with a strong brand identity. He sees H&M's omni channel strategy as a key success driver: the continuous expansion of the online presence in parallel with optimization in physical stores enables a fluid and flexible customer experience. For example, the use of innovative technologies in the stores creates an even more relevant offer for the respective customer groups. Thanks to the member program with targeted activation via the app, many millions of members in Germany have already become loyal fans. It is precisely this agile design and balanced use of all channels that makes H&M an industry pioneer. Prior to his role at H&M, Danny Wilming was, amongst others, Head of Brand at Burger King Germany, where he was responsible for strategic brand communication and product development, and worked in brand management for the DACH region at Colgate-Palmolive.
