Kolja Brosche is a partner at SkillProjects GmbH, a consulting company specializing in the transformation and digitization of companies and their business processes. Kolja Brosche has been active in the digital industry for 20 years, where he held various senior executive positions with global advertising companies like Omnicom, WPP and IPG. Within the IPG, Brosche was responsible, among other things as Managing Director of Cadreon Germany, for the founding and establishment of the automated, data-driven advertising material purchase for the media agencies UM and Initiative.
Most recently, Kolja Brosche was the EMEA Agency Alliances Director at Oracle, the international partner network for Oracle Marketing Cloud in Europe.
