Björn Kaspring is working since December 2012 as Head of Premium Display at InteractiveMedia, one of the leading German digital marketeers, and is responsible for the strategic product adjustment and the development of new premium display products. He is Vice Chairmen of the board of the AGOF and Deputy Chairperson of the Online-Vermarkterkreis (OVK) of the BVDW.

Before that he worked in serveral different leadership positions in advertising agencies and multimedia agencies with clear focus on Online for the Bundesverband Digitale Wirtschaft (BVDW) and managed the activities of the Online-Vermarkterkreis (OVK), in a leading function for online marketing and market development in the BVDW. Beside the lead of market relevant projects like the standardization of the viewability measurement or various advertising effect studies, Kaspring was active in many market committees, as for example in the organisation committee Online-Medien of the IVW, different working groups in the ZAW and in different committees of the AGOF. Besides that, he represented the German online marketers in Europe as an elective member in the board of the IAB Europe.
