Roberto Ruju is responsible for Google’s regional product deployment strategy across all programmatic publisher platforms in EMEA. Until 2012, he was responsible for Google’s mobile display partnerships in the region, having joined as part of Google’s acquisition of AdMob in 2010, where he was Director of Business Development.
Roberto has more than 15 years of mobile and media experience. Prior to joining AdMob and Google, Roberto was Head of Mobile Advertising for EMEA at Microsoft, having previously been General Manager for Spain of ScreenTonic, a mobile advertising company acquired by Microsoft in 2007. He has also held positions at Gemini Consulting, Capgemini, and WebTv.
He has a Masters’ Degree in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from Stanford Business School.
