As Data Lead at Publicis Sapient, Curt Simon Harlinghausen is responsible for data, machine learning, business intelligence and analytics for customers in the transport and mobility sectors on an EMEA and APAC level. With more than 25 years of professional experience, he has comprehensive digital and consulting expertise in the fields of strategy, data, platforms, technology and service design.
Until 2018, the digital transformation specialist worked in various positions at the Publicis Sapient sister network, Publicis Media – among others as CEO for the agency Digitas (formerly akom360) as well as Digital Transformation Lead and Chief Digital Officer at Starcom EMEA. In addition, Harlinghausen is an entrepreneur and founder of several companies, among them the agency akom360, which was taken over by Publicis Media in 2015. His international career has seen him take on various positions in China and the UK. Harlinghausen is also recognized on the market as a lecturer (HTW Dresden, Macromedia) and speaker on international stages (CES, DMEXCO, SXSW, SEOktoberfest, TEDx to name a few) as well as an investor in companies such as CreativeStyle and 42SOME. During his career, he has worked with automotive brands such as BMW, VW, Volvo Trucks, Mercedes, AMG and Porsche.
