Carsten Lackner joined EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG in June 2018 and was initially as Head of Digital Marketing and later as Head of Marketing responsible for the digitization of marketing and sales. From June 2021 he was accountable for all end customer sales at EnBW as Director Sales B2C & Business Lead. His area of responsibility included all sales and marketing channels for existing and new customers, product management, CRM & CX and thus also the provision of a marketing technology landscape tailored to customer needs, as well as driving the digital and agile transformation of EnBW B2C. Previously, he worked for L'Oréal Deutschland GmbH for 4 years, where he was responsible for performance marketing for the luxury division's brands. In July 2016, he moved to the position of Programmatic Lead DACH. In this function, he was responsible for the strategic direction of Paid Search & Paid Social and, above all, the area of Programmatic Advertising for the DACH region. He gained his first experience in these areas in the network of dentsu AEGIS, where he held various positions both at the performance agency iProspect and at the trading desk amnet.
