As head of agency, performance, Melania is responsible at Google for the performance marketing driven agency business in Germany. With her team she supports agencies with the implementation of Google's performance solutions, as well as the further development of the agency business. Prior to that, she was responsible for international online marketing at bonprix (member of the otto group) for 10 years and was the project manager for the introduction of a dynamic attribution. She is also involved in the Women in Digital and McKinsey Female Leaders networks.
