Frank Nolte is an advertising specialist with more than 25 years of experience in the media sector. He has already worked as a mediaplaner, group head, managing director and radio head at various media agencies, as a marketing and sales manager in the publishing industry and most recently as Head of Digital Media at RMS. Since mid-2015, Nolte has been the owner and CEO of the consulting company audioStep media consulting. He also founded waveads GmbH in 2016 together with Dirk Ritters, with whom they offer a comprehensive industry solution for digital user data of radio and audio platforms. The two Audio experts are the organizers of the Programmatic Audio Day.
