Tobias Wegmann, has been Chief Technical Officer of PREX Programmatic Exchange, a Joint Venture of Plan.Net and Mediaplus since 2016. He is responsible for the topic programmatic advertising in all channels. The IT expert joined Plan.Net Group in 1999 and worked there until 2002 as Technical Supervisor. Prior to joining PREX, he held the position of CTO at mediascale.
Since 2017, Wegmann has been Deputy Chairman of the Data Economy Department of the Bundesverband Digitale Wirtschaft (BVDW) e.V.
