As Director Marketing Communications, Tabea Jost has global responsibility for medical devices of the robotic visualization systems at Carl Zeiss Meditec, including neuro-, dental-, ENT- and spinal surgery. By developing agile digital marketing and implementing the digital customer journey, the transformation has experienced a transnational boost. This also includes responsibility for media planning, managing media budgets and introducing processes and technologies in close coordination with Sales and IT.
As well as her own start-up experience, Tabea Jost has held international roles in health care & innovation as an agency manager and also on the company side at Bayer and Carl Zeiss Meditec. True to her principle of lifelong learning, she has qualifications as an Executive Producer and Scrum master, in business administration, music, theology, content & digital strategy and holds a Master of Science in Focus Management. She founded her first company in Berlin at the age of 21.
