Alexander Merkel works since 2013 for Daimler AG / Mercedes-Benz Cars for several topics around Analytics, Performance Marketing and DMP. At the moment he accompanies the global media-transition from Publicis to OmniCom for performance marketing at Daimler AG.
Before that he started his own web-agency and sold it later before he started his own digital consulting startup. During the consulting work for Daimler AG, he was convinced to work for the Global-Brand Mercedes-Benz. With his wife he is a Publisher with several Webpages in Travel.
He knows both perspectives from Publisher and Advertiser well and will give his insights in the Panel-Discussion.
