The digital expert for creation, technology and marketing communications gets into the management team of CROSSMEDIA in 2012. He is significantly responsible for the media agencies` development to an advanced digital agency with neutral consulting approach. Following various positions in creative agencies as well as managing shareholder of Firstgate Systems Schroeder joins CROSSMEDIA in 2006 and takes the step into the media business.
