Moritz Dammas has been working in the digital world for over 10 years. In 2017 he founded the strategy and digital consultancy “The Goodfellows.” Since then he’s been working with his team on the conception and control of digital marketing projects (also for Lufthansa Marketing). Hes focused on brand and performance marketing, ad technology, personalized customer experience, smart creatives, attribution modeling and digital partnerships. For him, it is particularly important to define clear goals, appropriate target groups, control-relevant KPIs and an optimistic, and pleasant non-digital relationship.
