Daniel is Chief Economist at IAB Europe and co-founder of vMarketeur, a deep data company for marketers and publishers designed to help organizations adopt cutting edge data science to significantly and continuously improve business outcomes and decision making. Previously Daniel was Executive Director at IHS Markit (NASDAQ: INFO), an industry analyst firm, overseeing the company’s global advertising research, consulting and forecasting practice. Daniel’s key research areas span all domains of digital advertising and data-driven marketing,future of TV and video, platform economics, and the business application of AI/ML technologies. He also acted as associated expert to the European Commission for Media & AI. Daniel holds a PhD from the London School of Economics (LSE) on the sociology of algorithms and the datafication of media.
