Sven Stühmeier is Head of Data & Media Services at Vodafone and is responsible for Vodafone's data & media monetization business in Germany. In this role, he is responsible for the marketing of Vodafone's own media inventories as well as the data partnerships with AEOS and UTIQ. Previously, as Group Leader Digital Brand Communication & Technology at Vodafone, he was responsible for digital brand communication as well as the development and expansion of the digital ecosystem in Germany. The graduate in economics and sports science began his career in 2010 on the agency side, where he worked at MEC (now Wavemaker) across clients in Düsseldorf and London in the strategy department, before later working as Account Director for various clients including Vodafone, Michelin and Marriott. In 2015, he moved to Vodafone as Senior Marketing Manager Brand & Strategy and was responsible for both classic and digital communication for the secondary brand otelo. With the switch to the main brand in 2017, he set up a new department group for digital brand communication as part of digital media inhousing, which he subsequently headed for four years.
