Aylin is an experienced and passionate digital professional with more than 10 years of experience in the areas of media strategy, digital marketing, e-commerce and media planning. Since 2019 she has been accompanying Parfümerie Douglas GmbH in the development and expansion of the retail media business, which emerged from the areas of online marketing and data intelligence and is primarily aimed at advertisers in the beauty and luxury industry. Since 2020 she has also been responsible for the management of branding & performance marketing campaigns for Douglas in the channels display & social advertising and affiliate marketing in 16 countries. Before moving to Douglas, she was Director Marketing Consulting in the boutique agency iBeauty by Publicis, responsible for strategic advice to L’Oréal luxury brands with regard to their paid, owned and earned media measures. Before that, she was responsible for digital marketing for the perfume and cosmetics brand DIOR in addition to other positions in media agencies, where, in addition to the areas of digital media planning and e-retail management, she further developed her own CRM and loyalty program.
