Hossein Houssaini is a Senior Partner at C.R.O. Partners. This American agency supports AdTech and MarTech companies in entering the U.S. market. He is also the founder of the London-based consultancy Ho/Pe Advisory, which collaborates with various companies in the advertising landscape, including MediaMath, Bang & Olufsen & Audienzz. He is also on the advisory boards of Rich Audience, ExChain and the data forum i-com.org. In addition, he is currently planning the English production of the famous French social media show "The Programmatic Society". Previously, Hossein was Global V.P., Head of Programmatic Solutions for the Havas Group for around four years. Here he helped establish the Global Music Data Alliance between Havas and the Universal Music Group. Hossein is also a co-founder of Havas University and trained over 20,000 employees in programmatic advertising. Before joining Havas Group, he assisted set up I.P.G. Mediabrands's trading desk Cadreon in DACH and was later responsible for the operational arm of Mediabrands Audience Platform. Before joining Cadreon, Hossein worked for five years at Google and successfully managed and grew the RichMedia business for DACH and the Nordics. He was shortlisted for ExchangeWire's Ad Tech Personality of the Year in 2017 & 2018! In 2019, he received honourable recognition from MADcon as one of the global top 50 marketing and advertising personalities. In the following year, he was shortlisted for the Agency Innovator of the year at NEO IO Award 2020 by Adzine.
