Doug began at salesforce as Success Architect in 2018 and since 2019 now leads the Customer Success Team in DACH for Salesforce Datorama - specialising in bringing the value of data driven performance marketing intelligence to clients in a multitude of industries. Before that, since moving to Germany from the UK in 2001, Doug spent over 15 years in a variety of roles from leading scrum teams to working directly with mid- and large sized clients to create tailor made PIM and CMS solutions for automated, database driven eCommerce and print activities.
