Marcel Heuer joined the management of the independent agency ANKOMM November 2022. ANKOMM stands for innovative campaigns and concepts, digital productions and media. The 40-year-old advertising and programmatic professional has taken the helm at the Hamburg-based agency together with agency founder Andreas Hofmann (CEO), 51. For existing and new clients, ANKOMM implements strategic full-service solutions from programmatic to creative campaign implementations on all channels (Media, Social, ATV/CTV, TV, OOH/DOOH). It definitely won't be boring for the new Managing Director and his network team in Hamburg and Munich: In the coming year, the focus will be on new customer business and expanding the partner network. With his many years of expertise in these specialist areas and with his extensive programmatic know-how in the advertising industry, Marcel Heuer is the ideal complementary partner at my side, says CEO, sales and marketing professional Andreas Hofmann. Marcel Heuer can draw on his more than 20 years of professional experience in advertising, marketing & consulting: The qualified diploma event manager, media designer and consultant comes from EMX Digital GmbH (EMX by Big Village), where he was responsible for the development, sales and management of the SSP, programmatic offers and managed services for agencies and direct customers as DACH Country Lead. Prior to that, he worked at data and Demand-Side Platform (DSP) Quantcast, for which he managed the Hamburg sales office and drove expansion. Further stations were the video platform Teads Deutschland GmbH with tasks as Senior Sales Manager DACH and FOX International Channels Germany GmbH, for which he negotiated, sales and business development, cooperations with publishers, agency and direct customer business as the leading Manager in Hamburg. The addition of Marcel Heuer to the management team is quickly having a positive effect. At ANKOMM, he returns to his roots and will advise clients with the holistic full-service campaign approach that makes the agency successful.
