Silke Reuter studied business administration with a focus on marketing at the Technical University of Berlin and the University of Illinois, USA. Following her studies, a traineeship at Unilever was followed by several positions in brand and innovation management for Lipton Ice Tea, Liptonice and Du Darfst. From 2002 onwards, she held several marketing and management positions at Tchibo GmbH in the areas of coffee shops, corporate and group development, coffee service and the Piacetto Bar Italiano brand. She then founded the strategy and innovation consultancy sterntaler* in 2008 and worked for clients such as Müller Milch, Mrs.Sporty and Cora Verlag (Axel Springer) before moving to Hamburg Messe & Congress in 2011 as Senior Vice President Trade Fairs & Exhibitions, where she managed sales, restructured and drove the concept and product development of the trade fair portfolio. She then founded the management consultancy thinxforward, worked closely with CPGABA (Colgate), BRITA, Walter Rau (Deli Reform) and cherrypicker, and was then instrumental in the restructuring of Friesland Campina as Marketing Director DACH with the Landliebe brand portfolio, among others, before then taking over as Head of Marketing & Innovations at Haus Rabenhorst in Unkel am Rhein in 2018 and moving to Bonn. Since then, she has been driving brand strategy and appearances across the company, among other things, modernizing the digital platforms of the traditional brands Rotbäckchen and Rabenhorst as part of integrated corporate and brand communication, and updating assortments and product portfolios. Among a host of awards for Haus Rabenhorst, the German Brand Awards 2020 for Rotbäckchen and 2021 for Rabenhort, as well as the DMV's German Brand Award 2021 for a successful brand extension of Rotbäckchen are worthy of mention. In 2021, she successfully completed further training in "Business Sustainability Management" at the University of Cambridge in the Institute for Sustainability Leadership.
