As MD, Spearad and Head of Advanced TV, Unruly, Erhard Neumann oversees Unruly’s addressable TV business, alongside EMEA business development and strategic account management. In 2018, together with Mark Thielen, the former CTO of ADTECH, Neumann founded Spearad, an ad decisioning and monetization platform for CTV & AVOD content. In October 2021, Unruly, a Tremor International company, acquired Spearad as an important addition to Tremor International’s end-to-end technology platform for CTV & video advertising. Prior to Spearad, Neuman held roles in Germany at VOLVO, and as COO and subsequently CEO at ADTECH.
