Steffen Sommerfeld has been E-Com Media Manager at L'Oréal Germany Austria Switzerland since April 2023 and is responsible for the strategic management of Retail & Ecom Media in the CDMO Team DACH. In this position, he advises more than 30 L'Oréal brands on strategy and direction, manages agency and client relationships and drives strategic projects such as retail media standards and 2p partnerships. With many years of experience in client consulting, performance marketing and team leadership, Steffen Sommerfeld brings extensive expertise to the role. In his previous role as Team Lead & Customer Success Manager at the performance marketing agency EPROFESSIONAL in Hamburg, he was responsible for the development of the customer success team and the digital strategy of the key accounts. He also has in-depth expertise in Google, especially in Organic & Paid Search, due to his experience as an Agency Account Strategist for Google, where he advised mid-sized agencies and clients in Switzerland.
