Lasse Nordsiek has been working in the online marketing industry for 20 years, holding key positions at well-known companies such as AOL, Lycos Europe, Hi-Media, and the retargeting specialist Next Performance. Before joining EQUATIV (formerly Smart Adserver) - a leading independent advertising platform - in 2016, he served as Director of Strategic Sales at the DMP provider The ADEX. Today, as Associate Managing Director, he leads sales and business development for EQUATIV’s supply division across the DACH and CEE regions, operating from the Berlin office.
