Arianna Zappala
EMP Merchandising
Arianna Zappala has been EMP Merchandising Director Sales since July 2019. Her responsibilities here include developing the growth strategy by expanding into new countries and channels, introducing new concepts and business models, and taking action in Digital Marketing & Sales. In this role, she introduced Programmatic Advertising to increase brand awareness in the international business.
She gained her first experience in these areas at C&A, where she was responsible for Strategic Marketing and Digital Marketing. There, among other things, she introduced Programmatic Advertising for the whole of Europe, which led to higher transparency and a more efficient use of the budget. Prior to that, she worked both at corporates and in consulting in the area of Digital Marketing & Sales.
