Nick Welch

Nick Welch is the Head of Programmatic EMEA at Integral Ad Science, responsible for driving IAS’ programmatic business in the region. Nick supports clients’ media strategies such as the impending cookie deprecation, and promotes robust cross-industry collaboration with the world’s biggest agencies, advertisers, publishers and industry bodies. Nick is also the Chair of IAB Europe's Programmatic Trading Committee, where he leads the committee's work to increase understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and the impact it is having on digital advertising and influence industry initiatives to improve the ecosystem. Being part of the advertising industry for more than 20 years, Nick draws his experience from working across the buy-side and sell-side of the ecosystem with brands, agencies and publishers. Beginning in traditional media like Radio, TV and press through to digital encompassing mobile, web and in-game with the last 10 years in the world of programmatic, he has held business development and sales roles at Bauer, Microsoft, Turner, Orange, SpotX and now IAS.
