Prof. Dr. Lisa-Charlotte Wolter is program director of the Online Marketing Master and Customer Centricity Bachelor at the IU (International University of Applied Sciences) and leads the Sustainable Media Management (SuMM) research project in collaboration with the Consortium on Trust in Media and Technology (University of Florida) and industry partners. The aim of the project is to develop guidelines and standards for a more sustainable media and advertising industry with a focus on the responsible use of media. Lisa's research also focuses on media and consumer engagement processes and the associated relationships between values, emotions, and trust. After her doctorate at the University of Hamburg at the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences, she headed the Brand & Consumer Research department and developed a NeuroLab at Hamburg Media School (HMS) with industry partners such as BURDA, Google, DIE ZEIT, adidas.
