Stephan Jäckel is the CEO emetriq, a data specialist subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom, and is responsible for the strategic direction and the development of new business fields. At the same time, he is in a leading position in thriving the advertising activities of Deutsche Telekom and consults the board members in strategic advertising or data specific topics. As Deutsche Telekom's representative he was responsible for the establishment of Utiq. Utiq is the AdTech Joint Venture of Deutsche Telekom, Vodafone, Telefónica and Orange and Jäckel has been a member of Utiq's supervisory board since 2023. As an expert in data-driven advertising, Jäckel is a sought-after speaker and discussion participant on topics such as data strategies and programmatic advertising. He advocates for a sustainable advertising industry, transparency, and quality standards in the European advertising market.
