Since 2011, Marco Kersch has been VP Product Management & Operations for the Dialog unit at Bertelsmann Marketing Services, which includes the companies AZ Direct and adality. There he coordinates the digital transformation of the established dialog marketing provider into a specialist for data-driven cross-channel marketing, which includes the expansion into one of the leading email marketers, the development of a trading desk for the realization of digital campaigns and the establishment of adality GmbH, which is a data provider and data clean room operator in the digital ecosystem. Previously, he was involved in the build-up of Arvato's e-commerce business and held various management positions at Telefónica Deutschland.
