Aylin Demiral

Aylin Demiral, since 5 years working for Sociomantic, is responsible for managing the growth of Sociomantic Labs’ personalized advertising business in the Middle East and African markets. Previously, she helped to establish and develop the company’s business in Germany and Turkey, growing local revenues to the point that a local entity could be founded in Istanbul in early 2015. Today, as Senior Industry Manager MEA, she helps advertisers across the retail, travel and telecommunications verticals to understand the growing programmatic landscape and to learn how these new marketing technologies can grow their businesses. Prior to joining Sociomantic, Demiral worked at Iltek as Production Manager for brands in the area of IT and beverages. She applies her personal slogan, “different cultures – different rules,” as she brings the gospel of personalized advertising to e-commerce companies around the globe.
