Jenny Görlich has been Managing Partner for the performance area in the transformation unit of the media agency OMD Germany since 2023. Her career in the media sector began in 2003 at the software provider Magix AG and led her via various Berlin start-ups, including Audible, to challenging online marketing tasks at the insurance company DirectLine AG (now Verti Versicherungs AG). In 2016, she took on the challenge of building up the digital department at the OWM association. From 2019, she managed online sales at Deutsche Kreditbank AG for four years. With 20 years of experience on the customer side and extensive expertise in the area of performance, she is now bringing her skills to OMD. There she is committed to the organizational and personnel development within the agency and pursues a holistic approach to performance marketing in the marketing transformation of her clients.
