Renata Dadic has been with Deutsche Bank for 25 years. As Head of Digital Marketing, she has been building the skills and technologier for the new department since June 2018 to enable data-driven marketing and to build and strengthen the bank’s know-how required for it. Prior to that, she was working for a variety of topics in various areas – both in customer service and at the bank’s headquarter: from products, processes and complaint management to digitalization, sales communication and campaign management.
