At Hapag Lloyd, Jenny Gruner is digitizing one of the world's largest shipping companies. For this purpose, she has developed a digital, scalable marketing model in 144 countries. She is aware that it is essential to develop a deep understanding of customers in order to be able to better address local needs in addition to global challenges. She is also convinced that such a far-reaching transformation can only succeed when everyone is fully involved. This requires a cultural change within the company. Growing up, she earned her digital prowess at the digital agency Eprofessional before losing her heart to B2B and moving into the thermal management industry and then into logistics. As the granddaughter of a captain, a passion for seafaring runs in her family.
