Johannes Paysen is Managing Director for Continental Europe at Magnite. He is responsible for delivering and implementing the omnichannel commercial strategy across the region, including DACH, Netherlands and Eastern Europe.

Johannes’ 20+ years of experience in programmatic and media sees him spearheading Magnite’s independent technology solutions, service, expertise, and outcomes for Magnite’s publishers and buyers across all channels and formats including CTV, Video, Audio, Mobile App, Web and more.

Prior to Magnite, Johannes was Country Manager for Germany at GroundTruth (formerly xAd), and also held positions at Microsoft Germany and freeXMedia. He is an experienced speaker and has presented at the d3con, NextM, Mobile Advertising Summit, Online Marketing Rockstars and W&V Advertising Heroes, among others.
