Marion Kölling

Marion Kölling has been independently advising companies in the areas of digital marketing, media, martech and adtech as well as digital transformation since August 2024. Previously, she was Head of TechSales at Microsoft Advertising (Xandr prior to the acquisition), where she was responsible for the buy-side business with agencies and brands in Central Europe. In her previous management positions, she led both the operational business and development departments around programmatic business models in various HoldCo agencies. She was one of the first in Germany to introduce programmatic to advertisers (e.g. Telefonica, Nestlé, Deutsche Post). Prior to this 12 years of experience on the buy side, she worked on the sell side in digital advertising and as a web developer.
