Simone is an ambitious, goal-oriented and lateral leader with more than 20 years of experience in digital advertising. She has a convincing track record in restructuring renowned companies to increase profits. She also uses her technical expertise in establishing new business models or in the management of data-driven customer journey campaigns. She has expert knowledge in the areas of media, retail media, marketing, sales, data, strategy and business development. Simone has worked for many companies i n permanent positions as well as for her own company-as examples here 1 & 1, AOL, Dentsu, Publicis, Douglas, BMW, RTL, Medion, Telefonica and Burda. In 2018/2019 she was also involved in the development and spin-off of Douglas' retail media business. She has been Lead Strategic Partnerships since March 2021 and provisionally heads the Online Marketing team. In addition to the strategy for the execution of the Telekom online campaigns, topics such as the strategic development of the walled gardens Google & Facebook, marketing technology, steering with the branding and media colleagues as well as the support of the agency set-up are also included. In addition to her main job, Simone is still partly advising on C and D levels.
