Silke Reuter (Dipl.-Kauffrau) is one of W&V's TOP 100 minds and a proven expert in corporate and brand management, planetary health trends, agility and sustainability in the food & beverages, nutritional supplements and health sectors. She has always stood for customer orientation and innovation and has been involved for many years in the success of communication campaigns, market-oriented corporate management, creating added value, purpose & impact and building excellent teams in organizations in a radically changing world of work. As CEO of planetao, she believes in collaboration, agility and co-creation and the great opportunity of a change in the mindset of leaders, organizations and supply chains towards sustainable business and is convinced and enthusiastic about making a positive contribution to our planet and society. In her roles as a consultant, coach, mentor and advisory board member, she supports management teams in defining their goals and strategies for forward-looking, successful corporate and brand management and is a non-executive board member and mentor for food start-ups in the areas of strategy, marketing and sales.After studying business administration in Germany and the USA, she worked in marketing, product and innovation management at Unilever and Tchibo from 1996 and founded the strategy and innovation consultancy sterntaler* Consulting in 2008. She returned to the corporate world in 2011 as Senior Vice President for Trade Fairs & Exhibitions at Hamburg Messe & Congress, where she headed the Trade Fairs & Exhibitions division and the Sales and Product Development departments as SVP. She then founded the management consultancy thinxforward and, as Marketing Director DACH, played a key role in the restructuring of Friesland Campina and Landliebe before taking over the global marketing management of Haus Rabenhorst in 2018. Here, she and her team won many awards, including the German Brand Award 2021 for Rotbäckchen Shots, the award for successful brand extension of Rotbäckchen NEMs in 2020, and the German Brand Awards in 2019 and 2022. In 2021, Horizont celebrated the dm-Instagram Channel Take-Over by a Rotbäckchen midwife. In summer 2022, W&V published the digital case for the successful rejuvenation of Rabenhorst and Rotbäckchen's target groups through a digital shift in the media strategy of brand and product communication towards SoMe, OTT/DTV and influencer communication.
