Annika Geiger is EVP Sales Europe at NativeAds.ai, a Silicon Valley AI startup founded by Stanford PhDs and Amazon Ads alumni to solve advertising's creative bottleneck. The platform helps brands, agencies and retail media networks produce on-brand, intelligent creative at scale. Before NativeAds.ai, Annika held sales and strategy roles at Amazon Ads, Magnite and Oracle Advertising, working across programmatic, CTV and retail media. She is a member of the HBR Advisory Council and a guest lecturer at Maastricht University School of Business and Economics and Imperial College London.
