Yvonne Niesar is a member of the management team at the media agency Mindshare. In her role as Managing Director / Global Client Lead Client Service, she leads the agency's International
Competence Centers (ICC) of the agency. In this area, Mindshare bundles the support of internationally active companies that manage their international marketing measures from Germany.

Yvonne Niesar has been working for Mindshare since 2011. The business economist started her career there as a Junior Digital Planner. In 2017, she took over the management of the Lufthansa account in budget in Germany. Since 2019, the digital expert has also been successfully responsible for managing the Lufthansa Group's global media activities as Global Client Lead.
In 2021, Yvonne Niesar was appointed to the management of Mindshare. In 2022, she was promoted to the Management Board.
